Services

Three services. One clear process.

01

Architectural Photography

For architects, designers, developers and building owners. The aim is a complete account of a finished project, made for the portfolios, communications and publications it needs to serve.

The photographs follow the building — its massing, its relationship to the street and its surroundings, its light at different times of day, and the details that carry the design.

Planned from the brief
Views and timing are agreed in advance so the light and the order of the day support the building.
Licensed for the agreed use
Licensing is defined for the client, project team and agreed publication uses.

02

Interior Photography

For interior designers and the owners and operators of designed spaces. The photographs follow the design: its light, its materials and the relationships between spaces.

Prepared with the client
Preparation and styling are coordinated before the shoot, so each room is ready when it is photographed.
Faithful to the space
Any styling support or retouching beyond standard finishing is scoped in the proposal.

03

Commercial Photography

For businesses that need photographs of their own workplaces, shops, restaurants and hospitality spaces for their website, marketing and communications.

Made for your channels
The licence covers the channels named in the proposal.
Scheduled around the business
Timing is agreed so the space can be photographed with as little disruption as possible.

What a proposal sets out

Locations and views
The spaces, elevations and details to be covered.
Schedule
Date, time of day and expected photography duration. Delivery timing is agreed in the proposal and reflects the scope and deliverables.
Deliverables
The number of edited photographs, their formats and how they are delivered.
Image licence
Who may use the photographs, where and for how long.
Fee
Quoted individually. No fixed packages.

How a project is priced

Each project is quoted from its scope, location, deliverables and intended image use, and the fee is set out in the written proposal.

Travel within the City of Toronto is included where the site is reasonably accessible. Work further afield is quoted in advance, and any parking, tolls or building access costs are noted in the proposal.

A date is reserved once the proposal is accepted.
